How I find and learn new AI tools
People often ask me how I learned to make images and content with AI. I shared my method in a ChatGPT group on Facebook, and it is simple enough to pass on here.
The trick is to let an online course tell you which tools are worth learning, without buying the course.
- Go to a course site like Udemy.
- Search for what you want to make. For example, type “AI video” if you want to make animated videos.
- Open a few courses and look at the course preview. Most list the software they use, and some walk through every tool in a single preview video.
- Search Google for each tool by name.
- Learn it from the tool’s own website. Makers usually have free tutorials, guides and examples, and they are the most up to date.
That way you spend your time on the tools people are actually teaching and using, and you learn them from the source.
